Can I get away with this? - 428 Bodice

So I've mocked up the 428 Jacket Bodice and it fits nicely. Then I took it off and realized I only closed the front with 1/2" overlap, which covers the seam allowance but not the overlap for buttoning. Can I just add a little bit to the CF to account for the overlap? And how much should that be...

Flat lining vs. bag lining

I'm making the 428 Jacket Bodice as part of my first Natural Form outfit - very excited! So far the fit is going beautifully and I'm ready to cut out the fabric. Instead of bag lining or fully lining bodices, I generally flatline them using a stiff twill and then skip the separate lining altogether....
